Henrike Nordmann
Henrike Nordmann began her career where others spend their holidays: on cruise ships, long before they evolved into floating cities. Travelling between Europe and Africa, she coordinated shore excursions and cultural programs — and learned early on that “it will work out somehow” is never a benchmark for quality.
Her path then led into the international event and incentive industry: global conferences, complex logistics and ambitious timelines. One insight has remained constant ever since: a truly outstanding event feels effortless — because every detail has been carefully considered.
In 2001, she took the logical step of founding Nordmann Event Consulting in Gütersloh and Berlin.
For more than 25 years, the agency has been synonymous with Corporate and Public Events and high-level incentives with substance: strategically conceived, creatively orchestrated and personally led.
Driven by passion, experience — and a refined eye for detail.
Her guiding principle:
