It defines goals, target audience, framework conditions, budgets, and boundaries. Where does the company stand? Which messages should be conveyed? What is the desired outcome of the event? And not to forget: which events have already taken place for the same audience?   <br\/>These are just a few examples. Only with this clarity can we, as an agency, deploy our experience, creativity, and networks effectively.<br\/><br\/>Without it, questions, revision loops, and friction arise \u2013 and ultimately costs. A good briefing, on the other hand, saves time, provides confidence, and significantly improves the quality of the results.<br\/>We live by this approach consistently \u2013 also in our dealings with service providers. Clear communication on equal footing is not a nice-to-have for us; it is essential for excellent collaboration.  <br\/><br\/>How important is a precise briefing for you?
